Offset is ready to move forward in his and Cardi B’s divorce with some specific terms.

TMZ reports that the Migos rapper is looking to share joint legal custody of his and Bardi’s three kids, and agrees that her home should be the primary residence. He’s asking the court to outline each parent’s child support responsibilities.

He seems to want to avoid a messy divorce, also requesting that the court divide their marital properties and that Set and Cardi pay their own legal fees.

Cardi filed for divorce last summer, describing their split as “amicable.” While the exes have shown up for each other—like Cardi attending Set’s 33rd birthday party in Miami last December—they have also publicly slammed each other online.

A few days after the party, Offset got upset when Cardi called him a “fan” and fans online said he was “stalking” her after posting a photo he took of her at his party.

“It ain’t the look u a fire [woman] good music but you focus on dick and tryna make me look bad focus bra this shit is whack from us both honestly,” he tweeted at the time.

She then made it clear that Offset hadn’t yet signed their divorce papers.

“You sound like a dummy.. trying to be fake nice after you did what you wanted from the beginning trying to push a narrative to these people. Congratulations!! Fuck off and sign the papers TODAY.”

More recently, Offset appeared to address Cardi on his latest song, “Ten,” which sees him sing, “You gon’ have to fuck ‘bout 10 more n***as to get over me.”

The former couple married in 2017 and in that time, welcomed three children together: a 6-year-old daughter, Kulture, a 3-year-old son, Wave, and a 4-month-old baby girl.
